Radhika Sanghani is an award-winning features journalist, acclaimed author, screenwriter, influential body positivity campaigner and a BBC Writers Room graduate. She regularly writes for the Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, Guardian and Glamour, and regularly appears on the TV and radio. She is also a TedX speaker on body positivity and a yoga teacher.
